09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Friday) - Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Once approved, return the product within 7 days
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Exchange is also possible at our retail store (if applicable) within 7 days.
- No exchange or refund applies to sale/discounted items.
- No exchange or refund during special seasonal or festive campaigns.
Refund Policy
